Stories from Presence is an independent online journal and storytelling platform devoted to sharing stories that awaken our capacity to feel deeply. From that place, connection and compassion can begin to grow – for ourselves, for others, for animals and for the planet earth.

It’s a soft invitation to return to yourself and maybe put your phone down for a little while. Each month, a mindful writen letter arrives at your home delivered by post. Accompanied by two fine-art photographic postcards inspired by the beauty of the seasons.

Connection is our reason for being, and we access it by cultivating the courage to be vulnerable, accepting our imperfections, and showing up authentically in our relationships.

Mindfulness is a continuous practice of noticing what is happening inside and around you right now in the present moment. To observe thoughts, feelings, and sensations without adding commentary or criticism.
